New census estimates for 2021-2022 indicate the top 3 Ohio counties for population growth are Delaware (5,110), Franklin (4,260), and Warren (2,956), while the bottom 3 with population decline are Cuyahoga (-11,767), Lucas (-2,717), and Hamilton (-2,464).

Nah, wasn't punched. I had a transient shove me the first time, for no reason at all ... and I laid him out. The second time, some mental-patient started spitting on everyone he walked by (well ... the white people he walked by). When he got to me, I squared up on him and then he started cussing me out and ran off, cause I'm guessing he didn't want none of this smoke. I flagged down the cops eventually. But first, I followed him down a busy street downtown (where he continued to spit on all the white people) and eventually he stepped into a vestibule and started to relieve himself by the door. So I walked up behind him and grabbed both of his ankles, and pulled his feet out from under him. He face planted, everybody (who had been spit on or watched this all unfold) cheered and then the police showed up a few minutes later. They did a report, said he would be charged and took him away. I called later to find out the status of the case and the DA dropped the charges. Pretty sure it could've been classified as a hate crime, based on the 10 or so victims he spit on and some of the shit he said to me when I squared up. Oh well, that's the Cleveland justice system for you ...
