Anyone know where to get fresh, local pasta?

There isn't much of a take home option of freshly made pasta in town. There are some store bought "fresh" options at Kroger and Meijer, but I'm not a fan. If you want to go out for pasta, M' Osteria makes their pasta from scratch. There is a lady at the Toledo Farmer's Market from Findlay(Ibelieve) that makes some great dried pasta that is made within a few weeks of sale.
It also depends on the application. Fresh is really only good for creamy sauces. Dried is great for everything else, and in my opinion, is just fine for creamy sauces as well.
My advice is to get a pasta roller ($25 hand crank) and spend a day or two practicing until you get it right and you don't have to rely on buying from someone else.
