Instead of just making an assertion, how about actually providing some evidence like I did. I think you'll find that America is far more popular abroad than you seem to think, probably because you're projecting your own opinions on the rest of the world.

I wouldn't be surprised if it has dipped under Trump as opposed to Obama who was wildly popular, especially in the regions you cited. But the U.S. will still be more popular than Russia and China in most of the world, and that's all that matters. People throughout history don't have the luxury of comparing the status quo to some abstract ideal, they have to compare to the real-world alternatives.
