NJPWWorld has an amazing library of matches, many without english commentary of course.

There's this guide that I found awhile back that's good for single matches.

If you just go here, you can sort the full events by a number of tags. If the description is in english (like "March 19, 2017 Niigata Nagoaoka City Hall Aore" for example), that will link to the english commentary. I've found navigating by year and then looking for the english label easier than sorting by the english commentary tag, but your mileage may vary.

I haven't found it particularly easy to navigate, but once you get the hang of it it's well worth it. For example, they have a lot of the cross-over shows up in addition to core NJPW stuff; we watched Riddle vs. Shibata in RPW last evening (with British commentary).

I only started with NJPW recently, so I'm sure the more experienced folks here might have other suggestions, but this is how my household has been doing it and we love it.
