Superedit: With the NCR in it's weakened state and Cartman wielding both the might of the legion and a large group of united powder gangers the down fall of the Dam is inevitable. Cartman moves his forces to control the dam and cut off the power supply to New Vegas. Upon losing their foot hold on the Dam and getting harassed on three fronts (Legion,Powder Gangers, and the still independent Fiends) the NCR fully retreat out of the region back towards New California. The legion is already beginning to turn on him from the inside, because sooner or later everyone starts to hate Cartman. He knows this but only needs them for a bit longer to achieve his ultimate objective. Once power is cut from the strip the majority of the civilians evacute, some stay to defend their homes. The major advantage now is all of House's automated defenses have been deactivated save for the automated robots who no longer have a commander. Once the legion have fully secured and begun fortifying the dam Cart man moves his forces onto the strip. He is met by the heads of the many gang factions on the strip where he negotiates an alliance on the conditions that the gangs will have full control over the strip so long as Cartman has unlimited access to the casino's and most importantly Benny captured and brought to him alive. With the strength of the legion and now the strip gangs behind him. Cartman is able to fight his way through the city, up to House's pent house and ultimately kill house. In the process Cartman figures out how to control the automated robots and instructs his people on the Dam to return power to the city. Staying true to the deal Cartman leaves the city with his new robots and a captured Benny in toe. He completely relinquishes control over legion, so they no longer care to harm him, but takes the throne with him. He returns to Cartmanland now fully secured by this automated robot army. He sits on his emperor throne while he makes Benny suck his balls whenever he fancies. The people of New vegas do their best not to upset the tyrant king and fully respect his authoritah.
