Pryzm: big nightclub, kind of expensive on certain nights. Has 3 separate areas, 1 of them is r&b/hip hop, 1 is classics (90's/80's sing along kind of stuff) and 1 is typical club music and chart toppers.
Astoria: most nights it is mostly chart music/hip hop but they do also play some well known older pop songs towards the end of the night. Reasonably priced, cool outdoor smoking area. Has a couple floors with separate bars and generally a nice atmosphere. Can get pretty busy on the weekends. They also do a rock/alternative night every Monday called "delight" which is a cool night if you like that kind of music. Astoria is also connected to Lyberry which has a pool table, more of a bar vibe until later in the night when it does go full on nightclub. They play a lot of hip hop.
Pop world: pretty much how it sounds, plays lots of pop music, mostly classics and cheesy stuff from the 90's/80's. Can be a pretty good night but it's a bit expensive and can take a lifetime to get served when it's busy.
Tiger tiger: fairly expensive night club in gunwharf, again has a couple different sections for different types of music. Drinks/entry can be very expensive unless you go on a Thursday which is a sort of student night. Tries to be a little bit more upper class but does attract a lot of sleazy middle aged men.
Albert road: if you prefer bars there are plenty to choose from. Old Timey bars or hipster havens, Albert road has them all.
