No seriously, does anyone have a bear thesis?

I have one.

I hope to god this isn’t true — honestly, I’ve thought about this every day since the first congressional hearing, and I hope it doesn’t turn out to be true. But what if Gabe Plotkin is dead? Is there something legal that could null a massive debt in the case of a death? Like his wife had a prenup and there was no financial obligation that connected his family and the hedge fund, according to some obscure piece of contractual law?

I don’t know, I’m just spitballing while thoughts of a dead Plotkin come dancing through my head. I hope to god he’s alright. The guy who caught the brunt of the VW squeeze bought into $ROPE at the end, and ever since I learned that anecdote from wikipedia I’ve been imagining Plotkin dead, which would be awful, of course. Even tho I do want him to be obliterated from my financial reality, I think it would be much better if he gave me a piece of billions to retire on, while he went on living a full and innocuous life, hidden from the public eye, teaching high school math in Harlem.
