Smith: I just want the online sub anyway, but I want to get all the XM and all the Sirius channels SXM: However as you don't use the radio much I can offer you free Internet radio for 30 days. SXM: Please use the below listed link to sign up for the free Internet radio for 30 days. SXM: https://www.siriusxm.com/freetrial[1] Smith: you don't have a "get back promo" for online only? Smith: I can't sign up for the free trial because my email is already registered as a radio subscriber SXM: I wish we have an authorization to offer you a promotional offer over the chat support. Please use a different e-mail address to sign up for the free Internet radio. Smith: ok. thanks. I guess. Just so you know you sent away someone who wanted to give your company money. SXM: Brian, if I have an authorization to offer you a promotional offer for online online I would have done that for you immediately. SXM: However I can suggest you to contact our specialized department who might check this for you. Smith: No problem. I get that it's not up to you, but it seems silly doesn't it? SXM: You can reach them at 888-601-6302. Their working hours are 08.00 AM – 11.00 PM EST Monday – Saturday and from 08.00 AM – 08.00 PM EST on Sundays.
