A normal haircut in Russia

What products does she use? The answer is probably none. You'd be amazed at how lovely your hair becomes when you avoid blow dryers, irons, and products that can dry your hair out (including dyes).

I have found the secret to perfect long hair. 1- Rarely wash it 2- No heat treatments 3- No products

I have two friends with AMAZING long hair and for years I wondered, "how?" One of them says he never used any products, only a brush. No shampoo, no nothing, just rinses it throughly in the shower. I guess he used shampoo on the roots around his face (when it was shorter) to avoid breaking out, but stopped when it grew past his chin and he could put it in a ponytail. The other friend washed his hair twice a week with a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, but again, nothing extra, just a wide toothed comb and a trim every few months.

I listened to their advice, but never tried it until suffering from a severe depression for about 6-9 months. Once I got through it, I noticed that my hair looked really healthy for the first time since childhood. I didn't shower much or do my hair during my depression and that's how I learned that what my boys told me was true; If you want healthy hair, leave it alone.
