It's retarded you think the short guy is the nice guy. You just assume ugly + short + unpopular = "nice", tall + attractive + popular = "asshole".

If you look at the BEHAVIOR and ACTIONS of the characters, the short guy is clearly the asshole. He's persistently harassed her for years and ignores her "no"s (holding frame, fighting last minute resistance). He touches her in bed when she's unconscious. He uses stupid cheesy cocky pickup lines. He narcissistically overrates his looks as "a solid 6, weak 7", the only Lookist character rating looks. Chad is nothing but nice and friendly to him. Still he starts off mean to the Chad, refuses to be his friend, and refuses to be seen with him even though the Chad's boarding at his house and know nobody. He forces himself into Chad's date to try to break them up. After they kiss, he uses Machiavellian manipulations to trick Chad into dating the other girl instead of the tall girl. Chad helps introduce him to the popular crew, gets him a girlfriend, and helps him set up for his party. Still he violently tries to assault the Chad with a milk crate. How does that make him nice?

Chad is objectively nicer than him. Chad also has a better personality and more compatible interests (plays piano, likes musicals) and supports her height insecurities.
