Not too happy about opening up HBO and having gutter-tier reality tv garbage advertised to me.

For years now Hulu has offered a "Dislike" button next to the "Like" button and it'll actually remove the program from the feed of suggestions and a pop-up message says Hulu will use this information to offer better suggestions.

I love the fact that is removes the title, but it doesn't seem to alter what gets pushed on me at all. I've gone out of my way over the years to "dislike" every reality show that pops up whether it's a cooking show, competition show, housewives, amazing race, etc... I just downvote every type of reality show because I don't like any of them. Yet, the newest and latest ones keep getting splashed at the top of the screen at log in. They're gonna push what they're gonna push cuz some data somewhere says it'll generate more views regardless of how you as the customer feels about it.

I don't mind that Hulu keeps suggesting content I have zero interest in as long as they keep the "dislike" to hide option. There's something very satisfying about removing a show or movies from the line-up and I really wish other streamers (especially Netflix) offered this option.
