I'll give a reddit attempt at this. 1. Teddy is modeled off of william. They both look out the window coming into town, they both bump into the same guy, and they both see delores drop the milk and help her. The Mib is a William because they aren't seen in the park together and the Mib goes and picks up delores milk as well and says "not today I have other plans". All 3 do the same action and that isn't coincidence. The Mib is also treats teddy bad because he knows this. Teddy is a reminder of himself and also serves as a spy on delores for Ford. Thats why when he drags delores in the barn in episode 1 you see out of Teddy's eye what is going on until he closes the barn. They give a hint to using real people because you see ford speaking to the younger ford. You also see a little boy that looks like Bernard speaking to delore's as a child. Maeve is missing in William and Logan's story, but if you look at the image that delores father finds and I'm thinking that is maeve. Delores pretends she doesn't recognize who and what that image is. I'll reach here, but I think Maeve is modeled off of William's would be wife. The church is significant because Logans family are investors and maybe a wedding or something took place there and love and jealousy allowed Delores to overcome her programming and kill people. It also looked weird seeing them use a needle to take Maeve down in one of the episodes if she was a host at that time.
