MyHertiage and MyFitnessPal were lauded as handling their data breeches admirably. MyFitnessPal identified their data breech and publicly disclosed it in less than a week.

Discord wasn’t in your sources after mentioning 4. Discord is also hardly a public source as you’re required to create an account while you do not need an account for Twitter, this subreddit, or the website.

There is a point. There’s a lot of people who don’t even remember the email they used. By locking out people from accessing their accounts and not sending out emails then you basically have no idea what you lost.

Show me where it says creation IP information was leaked on the website. Don’t use any other sources as your quote is from my statement showing the website doesn’t include all the up to date information.

The simple fact is that MangaDex staff are fragmenting their response. They shouldn’t be using Discord to keep people the most up to date. They should be using their actual public facing accounts to do so.
