This! I’ve never had an issue with this before but lately all ryobi tools that show up cheaper online do not ring up that price in store anymore and they are not wanting to honor it. I usually get my ryobi tools when they are on sale or the price that the website shows is cheaper and they always scanned at the price it says online but not anymore. Last week I got the 18v pole saw with 1.3ah battery Home Depot website showed it as “$99 special buy” but in store it scanned as $139.99. The returns lady did not want to be helpful, asked to see my phone with the price on HD’s website, argued with me that it must be online only and then she ended up calling her manager and they then honored it.
