Only been playing a couple weeks and hit a wall

I was in the same boat as you. I started the first week of this month and now I'm sitting at 171k CP. I'm currently farming Ildo on SS. Everyone posted great tips. I just have two tips for you, and these two tips will take you pretty far.

Like someone mentioned, level up your Grace. If you take advantage of of the 3 strategies (advantage, terrain, and direction), you'll be able to dish out nice damage while keeping up your grace buff. Each strategy fills up a bar (up to a max of 3). When you're selecting a target for someones skill, look above the hero bar. The highlighted boxes show your advantages. Strategize accordingly. Advantage (rock, paper, and scissors) gives you a 30% increase in damage if you're the stronger element, and 25% less damage if you're the weaker element. Terrain gives you a 20% boost, and you can ascertain terrain bonuses by looking at your hero's profiles. Direction gives 15% when attack from the side or back, and slightly decreases an enemies chance of dodging.

Modding gear is pretty much the most biggest step in progressing in the game. I've started the same time as you, but I've put in extensive research into the game. Hopefully you've been efficiently using your mod pots. I'll share some resources with you.

Inphy's guide to Modding: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ib642eneq2U VahnManX Mod potentials: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17fWz7r1Eo0zsexZ6IPLaTPXafE1R0RUIvWDi7qz8I4o/edit#gid=0

It's a long video, but it will save you tons and tons of mod pots while giving you an understanding of the best mod potentials. Watch the video, then use the excel spreadsheet as a reference while you mod your gear. There will be plenty of times when you can auto content. When you reach a wall, you've gotta be patient and use strategy.

PS. Thank you Inphy and VahnManX!
