We would first like to apologize for any inconvenience that the following bugs and errors have caused to your game play.
Rest assured, we always heed to your opinions and concerns submitted through the official forum and customer center up to date.
Different bugs and errors can occur under various circumstances and we try to fix the issues as soon as they are confirmed.
However, please be noted that the actual implementation of such modifications can take a while as we go through an examination process from markets.
Please refer below for the confirmed bugs and errors that will be fixed shortly.

Q. The Lord mastery skill “Grace,” not activating for two turns.
A. We have confirmed the error and the modification will be applied on the next update.
Q. The World Conquer Screen becoming red upon completion of Ashan Dungeon.
A. This has been modified and the modification will be applied on the next update.
Q. The achievements not unlocking after the recruitment of heroes from blue unknown genes.
A. We have confirmed the error and the modification will be applied on the next update.
Q. Potions not getting dropped in Ashan-4 Chaos Dungeons.
A. We have confirmed the error and the modification will be applied on the next update.
Q. The effect of Holy Spear Skills from Azrael getting applied upon counterattack/cooperation attack

Q. The Area of Effect of Lance’s “Earthquake” skill not showing correctly.

Q. Friend invitation accept/reject not working properly

Q. Broken letters on map description in some dungeons.

Other than those stated above, we are in the process of confirming additional errors and bugs, and we will make sure that the other reported errors and bugs will shortly be fixed as well.
