Open discussion: what are your thoughts on the sustainability of market growth during the last few months? Are you making any changes to your portfolio in response?

It’s me again just wanted to add… Someone on Reddit shared this thought with me and I appreciated it. Let’s say the market goes up 5% more from where it is today. It’s gone up 10% since I got out in August. Then it crashed 15%. If I bought at that low I would be at the same place I was if I had stayed invested. Now it could go up 2% more than crash 30% and I would be out. But every day that I’m out and losing potential gains makes it that much harder to get back in. You’re always waiting for that low.

Somebody said “the market gets away from you”. And that’s what I found. Anyway, if there is a huge crash that takes 20 years to recover I guess it’s mad max for everybody.
