Valarr smirked as Aemma left the pavilion, his hand brushed the top of her head as she passed him. While not overly fond of children, Valarr knew the game and he played it well. A little affection here, a little gift there and children would eat out of you hand. With his pet of her head, he set a stone he could build upon and promptly returned his focus to the court and his King.

Valarr turned his head to the court, once on his left, and then to his right. His lips were a sneer now, the supplicants and retainers, all of them were bugs in truth. He had no need for them to hear what he had planned. The Dragons business was it's own and so the Prince of Summerhall acted as such. Valarr issued a command as skilfully as any wartime general, his voice was commanding, serious and low. "Get out. Every last one of you. My brother and I have dragons business to attend to."

The attendants flustered for a moment, they looked at the King then at Valarr, back at the King again. "Now." Valarr spoke with the coolness of someone far too confident in himself. The attending court except for the Kingsguard promptly filed out of the room and the pavilion was closed behind them.

Valarr stepped forward and his voice dropped from boisterous showman to quite conversationalist. He made sure this conversation was heard only by his brother and the white knights that lurked ever behind him.

I will need to enchant one of them to my side

"I am still in Kings Landing dear brother." Valarr smirked, his doppleganger was making frequent appearances at his tavern and then sleeping in the office. "As for obedience and duty..." Valarr paused for a half second, he didn't want to anger his brother. "...my duty was changed to the rebuilding of summerhall, which I have done by the way, my obedience was to remain out of sight and out of reach, which I have been."

Valarr took a chair and sat down opposite his brother. "As for why you should assign me to your small council, that's simple enough. My informants are rife through King's Landing and I have them spread across the kingdom in every major court. I have not been idle in my five year absence older brother."
