They are both garbage. RED is arguably the most cancerous tracker with the deepest variety of cancer, but cancer at RED is considered to be more extreme than at OPS. Why not avoid cancer entirely? Both trackers have a lot of the same content as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, Tencent, etc, so you can use streaming as a fallback option in case you've had enough cancer. OPS also differs a bit from RED in that it has a bonus point system with which you can buy cancer, and community polls to bore you to death. A good way to discover cancer. And RED usually gives dozens of people cancer during the holidays, several times a year, so you can get all the cancer you want.
