“Our goal is to significantly move beyond what we’ve previously delivered.” Does this apply to the games plot.

We can be almost certain that the world of GTA VI is going to be improved and could even be more rich in details than RDR2, but personally I would love to see more authentic and dramatic story. The story of GTA V wasn't bad, but it was too happy, too Hollywood. At the end everyone is rich, happy and have no more trouble with the law. Maybe that was the intention of Rockstar writers (after all the game takes place in Rockstar's parody of LA/Southern California), but compared to GTA IV it feels less authentic. Maybe that cut ending with Franklin dying in a final shootout would make the game more serious... I really hope the story of GTA VI is going to be more dramatic and believabe and at the same time slightly toned down (compared to GTA V) parody of 80s and/or present day Miami (as well as funny dialogues/Rockstar's humor) in the background. I'm really tired of the parody of modern day America, celebrites and social media in GTA V.
