So...I'm just trying to understand what I just read. White Americans are really generous, and Chinese as well as Japanese people are the racists? The Indians working in tech jobs in America and overseas (I guess), are making pound for pound incomes that White Americans make?

I'm not going to down vote you, but this is all over the place...at some point you're saying you know the Black Community & Hispanic Community make less money for the same job as white people, but everyone is falling for a false narrative made by the media. I think you're trying to say something that maybe needs more thought.
