New York Effectively Nullifies Supreme Court Gun Decision

After a state tries to circumvent SCOTUS rulings so many times on the same issue there should be a means to prevent them from enacting any related legislation without judicial pre-clearance. It's absurd that their firearms laws can be struck down multiple times but then they just make a new law that is slightly different but essentially has the same effect of blocking people from owning or carrying guns when SCOTUS already ruled unequivocally they have a constitutional right to do so and struck down their existing laws preventing such. It should not be so easy to play these stupid games just evading SCOTUS rulings by creating new legislation that is almost the same and making SCOTUS rule again and again on the same case legal principle repeatedly like a game of whack-a-mole. Huge waste of resources and white frankly insurrection against the legal institutions of our country. You can't just find new ways to ignore the law over and over again and keep getting away with it.
