I have a few questions:
After briefly looking at your website, I definitely have some marketing advice you in regards to your website design. Beyond that, it seems that you are selling mainly through your website and also with 4 retailers, correct?
Are you receiving your product from China via air or container?
Absolutely packaging is extremely important! Selling your product in "crumby cardboard boxes" is not going to cut it.
How are you receiving your product from China? Do you have it prepackaged in case packs by sku number?
You seem very inexperienced, yet have great ideas. Listen to u/meinhed89 and if you want some more advise in general when it comes to packaging design, web design, marketing, etc. feel free to PM me. I just started this new account and do a lot of importing from China. This is a great forum for questions like this.
