Why Perm Ban?

The clickworker customer service is the worst. I think they do a disservice to UHRS with how poorly they handle things. You're banned...wait your not banned....oops this time you're temporarily banned....nope it's permanent...send us an email and we'll answer your questions...oops our email is down and we can't answer your questions.

Then, when they do answer an email it's always "It's up to the hitapp owner and out of our control."

They trot out the same two people to answer questions and they have no authority and no information and can only handle the most basic of questions. It just comes off as such a dumpster fire.

If they ban people, I personally don't have a problem with that, but the way they always screw up the process is laugh out loud funny.
