I have been wrongfully banned for about almost two weeks now and I have tried to appeal through livechat but to no avail. I've also submitted a ticket but also got rejected, but I'll assume they were automated since I've got the exact same message twice. Basically what happened was my friend had purchased items through the FM but prior to that, he did not know they were reported "stolen" until one of our mutual friends had warned us not to purchase from a certain ign, and that there would be a high chance for perm ban. He then realized he already made a purchase so he panicked, and since this was a close friend of mine, I had decided to help him by trying to move the items over to a different account. I came to the assumption that they would only ban the account that is holding the items, not every single account that just touches them. I have been a legitimate player for 5+ years and hate to see that might have to end just for trying to help a friend out. @/u/kthxbainao can you please look into this, as I assure you that I am 100% innocent and I dont even have the items on my account prior to the ban.
