Personal care guide?

There are lots of guides out there that will tell you different routines and creams to use. I would start small and find a sensitive moisturiser to add to your routine. Do the usual, brush teeth, wash face, oil beard and hair etc, then add moisturiser in. Work on finding a brand that works for you first before going further as it can be quite expensive to begin with. Think about your skin, is it dry or oily, or combination? What issues are you hoping to work with when performing your self-care rituals? :)

My partner goes to a Turkish Barbers every three weeks to get his hair styled. He loves them as they take really good care and don’t make him feel silly for wanting to look well groomed - as part of their service (at an additional cost) they will work with hair, beards, eyebrows, shaving, etc. This could be an option for you to consider. Hope this helps!
