I did theorize that the scene where Dolores is standing in front of herself holding a gun to her head could be "symbolic" of her no longer needing Arnold's "voice inside her head" but I went a step further in suggesting that Arnold was simply the "name" given to the 'Bicameral Mind" code. Dolores never actually kills herself. It would just be a cool way to demonstrate that "moment" she becomes fully Sentient and (self) aware. If this idea comes to fruition, we might see Dolores turn into a VILLAIN. Ford did ask her once, "I wonder, Dolores, if you had been given more responsibility, would you have become the Hero or the Villain?"

I'm not at all convinced that Ford is "a evil bastard." I've actually come to think he fears the consequences of Conscious A.I. Hosts. He keeps them "under his control" because they are dangerous to a society, especially outside of the park. Of course, what makes this incredulous is that he can turn them all off at any time. Of course, this is what his big new "narrative" is leading to. Of course, it's going to go awry!

I think the entire 90 minutes is going to be insane. No cliffhangers. I can't wait!
