Property Management won't accept E-transfer. Hesitant to give them my bank details for automatic withdrawals

You sound very spoiled. You are a renter and you are lucky to have a place to live. I know I will get roasted in the comments but sometimes there can be glitches with E transfers. I used to have clients pay me sometimes by E transfer because they would insist and I was a pushover. The amount of time I have spent chasing transfers that went missing into the internet. Then the emails going back-and-forth where they screenshot it that the money had left their account and was sent to me etc. etc. you have to respect that the property management company is a company and if you wish to have a place to live you need to follow their rules. When you have your own home, you can make your own rules. They don’t care about your convenience, it’s a business.
