I'm really torn with this question. In a free speech society, I hate to question the patriotism of a person's ideology because it may not be aligned with mine.
Unlike most people, I truly have no strong opinion on the matter. I think the Courts ruling is the law of the land, and the only way to change it is a constitutional amendment. I honestly don't see that happening due to the amount of pro-choice people that would have to change their mind on the subject to get the amendment to pass.

I don't see my exact position, so here it is :
seal the borders and patrol them so that only legal immigrants can enter. This is not racist. This is what sovereign nations wishing to remain sovereign does.
create a federal law that states that anyone who entered the country illegally shall not ever receive citizen rights (which includes the right to vote).
deport all those that are guilty of violent crimes, or repeat offenders of non-violent crimes (like DUI/DWI).
Create a pathway to legalization for illegals (but not citizenship).
