South Korean businesses are getting caught up in the country's gender war

People phrase this as some faraway problem in Korea but the internet is far reaching and this is bleeding into the minds of diasporas overseas as well, and also affects how the world views Korean men in general.
My experience in particular was a 30 year old Korean Canadian woman who immigrated here during elementary school. I ran into this person at work and throughout the unfortunate time of having to interact with her she said things like
"Your mother does your dishes and laundry" (I live alone, do my own chores, and pay my own bills. I take care of myself.)
"You have a small dick. I've been with all kinds of guys and this one Korean guy had the smallest" (I'm 15cm erect.)
What's unfortunate about this person is that she also shared these views with her coworkers when I had to reject her advances because of the gradual revelation of her toxic mind.
The general vibe I got with her was that she had a lot of presumptions about who I was because I look Korean and can speak Korean to some level of proficiency. This was all despite my efforts to show her who I really am and prove otherwise. It also felt like she had a lot of anger because she viewed the world was against women, especially Korean women.
Eventually I looked into this and realized that this gender bull shit has become a trendy thing of the past few years, and that people are group thinking and filling their minds with this stuff in various online communities.
So essentially, as someone who doesn't live in Korea and grew up somewhere else, I experienced hatred and discrimination because the older generations of my culture have various expectations on gender roles, and also shares these views with coworkers.
