Plot manip

For example, in Bleach there's Tsukishima who has the ability rewrite (= manipulate the plot of-) what really happened in the past to a particular character.

Tsukishima's altering of the plot of the past can also result in other characters still having a weapon in the present which they had actually lost - before Tsukishima rewrote their plot.

Yhwach (also Bleach) is the other extreme / the opposite of Tsukishima, he can rewrite (= manipulate the plot of-) what will happen in the future, enabling him to do things like destroying his opponent's weapon in a particular future + coupled with his ability to make sure that that particular future he manipulated will also come to pass (== become the actual plot of the story).

Tsukishima and Yhwach are examples for characters with a very, very limited capability of manipulating the plot (past and future) of their story, as they can only affect the plot of themselves and of a handful of characters in their direct vicinity <-- and already these two are considered two of the most "broken" and "overpowered" Shonen manga characters - hax-wise.

High End users of Plot manipulation can not only manipulate the past and future events of only a handful of characters who are nearby, but on a much larger scale, affecting their whole world , their whole universe or even their whole multiverse .
