Is it possible for an undergraduate student to obtain a Top Secret clearance?

You are only looking at the exact cost. Other than that you are defining too much for someone who doesn't know the field. You expanded on what I said, without understanding the simplicity of what I said. Do you really think the OP and anyone like them that don't have a secret or have been part of that world would need to understand all of that ontop of anxiety for getting one? The questions are anxiety enducing enough. Remember K.I.S.S (sample and sweet, not the traditional statement)
