I'm not counting those that I consider "prog power" or that verge on other genres (i.e. - Crimson Glory, Fifth Angel, Stormwarrior, Ayreon, Orphaned Land, Symphony X, Tyr, would have all made this list easily) just straight-up/mostly European-style power metal.
