You sound like exactly the type of person anyone with any sense would avoid hiring.
Asking to include something like “paid ads is my jam” is a way to filter out people that aren’t detail oriented and didn’t bother to read the whole job posting.
People that clock out the EXACT same time every day are lazy. That doesn’t mean 12-hour days. If you are watching the clock like it’s 4th period in junior high, yeah... nobody wants you there.
If you need a policy manual for every single step of every single part of your workday, you would clearly be better off making sandwiches at Subway.
