Presentation in Interview

It sounds like the question is based on "changing and improving". The clue to me is the word adopting. I would approach this from the angle of why is data important when looking to build/change a policy. What could be the chalanges you could face and how to overcome them in a positive manner and finally what would the benefits be.

I am looking at entering the civil service so I have done a lot of research including all the practice tests and a lot of example interviews. One major thing that I have taken away is how much weight they place on a positive attitude towards change. Not just the person having a positive attitude towards it but also influencing others to have a positive attitude and approach towards it.

I can't remember which test it was in but one of the practice tests had a scenario on a process change and they were testing the attitude towards the change and the action you would take to influence others to take the change in board in a positive manner.

I might be completely wrong but this is something I would personally include.

Sorry if this is no help, it's just the approach I would take.
