To be offered the post that I passed the interview for, despite not being given agreed reasonable adjustments. Or at least an equivalent post in the directorate. Without having to go through yet another interview process. Especially as I am currently, now very noticeably, pregnant. Or at least to have the circumstances of the process reviewed properly and measures put in place to prevent this happening to others. I obviously do not want to apply and interview again for a post where I have already applied, interviewed, and passed the interview - as if they have gone through lots of hoops to not offer me the job (when that would have been easier) it is clear they would not offer me the job on a second go.
