Is PROP always better than PPLNS for non-24/7 miners?

I'm the guy he responded to. I didn't downvote him, but I'm pretty sure he's being downvoted for NOT attempting to address the issue, and instead repeating a canned response that didn't address anything. I gave my method of measurement, and he just repeated his initial response. He didn't tell me where I could be wrong, because he can't. I measured actual 24 hour income, over a period three times as long as he recommends, and compared it to what my income should be based on hashrate and difficulty. His offer to reimburse me for a 48 hour period is meaningless, considering it would take me 3-4 days to reach a payout. I'd still lose money. This was my second go at mining to Herominers. The first time underperformed, but was only several days. Pools have strings of bad luck sometimes, so I gave it another chance. This time was for 21 days. His pool significantly underperformed the majority of them. Yesterday I switched back to 2miners, and it's over performed by 10% so far. I know there will also be days where 2miners will underperform, but it will average out. I've also used nanopool and woolypooly. Herominers is the only one that has consistently underproduced for me.
