What do you hate about going to a pharmacy to pick up your prescription?

The last time I went there, it was after surgery (right after, I wanted to get my prescription before going home after as it was for post-op pain, and I didn't know how bad it was going to be so I didn't want to be home with it without the prescription).

The prescription was for an opioid and there are strict controls over this. So, I'm still feeling good from the surgery (they know how to party), but having a hard time standing, so I sit in a chair and wait for my driver (family member) to pick it up for me.

Because of the type of drug, they have to talk to me about it, and the guy comes to me to ask about my injury and such and verify some details, etc.

So, I picked up the most controlled drug, at a sensitive time, while actually high on drugs. If you have a valid prescription, don't sweat it. The pharmacy is the one under scrutiny, not you, should questions be asked.

And I didn't even end up needing them, as the pain was minimal and almost non-existent.
