While I wouldn’t call myself an experienced writer by any means, I’m writing my MFA thesis dissertation as an employee handbook for a science lab, which I’m creating through sculptures and installation art.

I’ve had to come up with a few inventions regularly used by employees of the lab, and usually I try to think of acronyms which I can then break down into “science sounding” names. My thought was if it’s something referenced often, might as well make it interesting. Granted, I’m going for a certain cheesiness and more comedic effect than what you may need. It has been a lot of fun!!
