Coming back from long-term (several months+) travel: What were things you had to relearn/ readjust to?

I went back and forth between Canada and the US every two weeks or so.... for about three years even then I had trouble with:

  1. The time change was two hours. Why is it earlier later than I think? The sun stays out longer in one place than another.

  2. I developed some control of my shopping due to an "it's too much money" attitude I developed there.

  3. Where is the_______. Slightly different product selections resulted in my wanting something that was not available where I was at the time. Usually, what I wanted was in the US, but there were notable exceptions. Like I take something called Bonine for migraines. It seems to reduce my symptoms somewhat. It is available here, not in Canada.
