I powered up and Best Buddied a 14/15/14 Shadow, no regrets. I'm not too keen on breakpoints for Dnite but I can safely say I've never CMPed against another Dragonite ever. I run Dragon Tail, usually they run DB, that kind of thing. They might have excess energy because their Dnite was lead, I might have excess energy from swapping in and sniping a Garchomp or whatever with 1-2 Dragon Tails.

Even in a vacuum, 2 Dragon Tail Dragonites with 0 energy, I just shield and get 1 free Dragon Tail in and win the mirror if they throw. Super low health, no farmdown after. No sense in even trying to CMP and have a mutual knockout.

Dragonite just feels like the one pokemon that shouldn't bother with perfect attack because it's pretty much a 10 second mutually assured destruction kind of scenario when 2 of them butt heads
