Possible ba na hindi pa rin ma-resolve ng NLRC yung case?

NLRC is a quasi-judicial body, meaning it's just like a court. This means when NLRC decides on a case, the decision has force and effect like a court ruling, binding on the parties.

Kapag nagdecide ang NLRC, that's it, it's resolved--it's not that hindi pa rin mareresolve ng NLRC, depende na lang sa parties kung hindi pa rin sila masaya sa decision.

Possible ba na hindi pa rin ma-resolve ng NLRC yung case?

NLRC decisions may be appealed to the Court of Appeals, tapos pag gusto nyo pa rin payamanin yung abugado Supreme Court (see Rule 43 and 45 of the Rules of Court)

I was searching kung paano and kung kanino lalapit pero hindi ko siya makita sa rules of procedure ng NLRC.
