Question on mass and freezing point

I’m in o chem rn and the reason why I think the answer is D, is because if the sample is not dried ( meaning that all the moister isn’t removed) the water will be contributed to the overall calculation. Therefore yielding a molecular weight high. So in the question they say errantly low, I didn’t know what that means so I looked it up and it says that errant mean to deviate or stray. So I think errant low=high. For the the freezing point, since water hasn’t been completely removed from the sample it will cause the sample to freeze quicker or in other words have a lower freezing point.

Ps idk if my explanation is correct. If it isn’t could you guys tell me what I did wrong.
