Any fellow 7/7 testers feeling like they don’t remember anything?

TBH im feeling so depressed about it and idk what to do. This will be my third time taking this test on 7/7. (i took it in 2018 after studying for 9 months, and again in 2019 after studying for 4 months)...never got above a 495 on either of those. I really feel like I have learned SO much info after studying for a third time, and felt good about it, but took my final AAMC full length (Full lenght #4) this past Wednesday and didn't even break a 500. If I take the best score out of each section across all 4 AAMC exams, I get a 500. I'm terrified and my mental health has gone to shit because of it and I don't know what to do. I'm doing the PS section bank rn and am becoming increasingly discouraged. Of note, I've already submitted my DO application for this cycle. So, if it makes you feel any better, if you've gotten above a 500 on any of your FL, I'm jealous and feel like you will do absolutely fine on the real exam. Sorry this was long, but just needed to vent!
