[R/F] Baby Raccoons!

Thanks man!

you don't have any easy way to actually make Naturia Beast without something already on the board or another level 2 in hand. Consider making room for a Key Mouse, so you can at least Key Mouse + Tantan + Ponpoko (or whatever) into Beast off of an Obedience Schooled in a pinch. Worst case scenario, you pitch Mouse for Valerifawn and don't even think about it ever again. Maybe drop Cerburrel for it? That's what I did, at least, and it seemed to work out OK. I don't really think Unicore is too great because, while it has an awesome effect, you don't run things like PWWB to have an easy way of changing your hand size on the fly

Key mouse is a cool tech, I might drop a Tantan and see how it works out because I'd honestly prefer to open it, search, ponpoko then set a Tantan, and more potential drop fodder is welcomed, if I need the third Tantan i'll just try to fit it in somewhere else. As for Unicore I only ever make it when I'm trying to push for game and they have backrow.

protecting Naturia Beast once he comes out is a great way to win the game. Have you considered things like Safe Zone?

Beast + Zone is basically a win condition but theres just not a whole lot of room to add in a card thats only got synergy with one card in the deck.

Also, where is your TT? :o

Haha, no TT because I don't think its that good in the deck and I always found myself wanting it to be a mirror force.

Burst Rebirth is good for Tantan and maybe Wind Up Kitten if you can protect it for a turn. But 2 might be a bit overkill, especially since you run Warning. That's a lot of LP. I ended up siding it out in literally every single game I played until I took out out of the main entirely.

I like Burst Rebirth, I'm fine with paying 2000 so I can set up plays but you're right about the LP cost, but you just have to not be aggressive with it, I could probably swap out the warning though.

I like Wiretap over Trap Stun, but that's just personal preference.

Like you said it's just preference, I like trap stun better for the decks playstyle.

Dark Hole is awesome, especially if you get the Sandayu lock on the field. It's basically an extra Raigeki or two. Considering how important an empty field is to Raccoons, it might be worth keeping in. On the other hand, everything floats these days, so it might not be as good as it once was. It also screws your Naturia Beast over.

Like I said i'm not sure about 2 I need to playtest more, destruction is just not as good as it used to be.

Tree Otter seems really good, but because he's not earth, I never found that I used him to turn a game around. He either helped me win more, or he pissed me off because I couldn't use him for anything. Although, if you decide to run a Junk Synchron+Warrior, he can super boost a token before you drop Junk Warrior and get a nice juicy attack boost.

Tree otter lets you OTK turn 2 with Panpoko and Tantan + an empty board, its more in the main for that than for buffing stuff.

MST at 3 is pretty much required. If anyone sides in Skill Drain, you're cooked.

You're not wrong, Skill Drain murders this deck to the point where you save your MST's just in case they flip it haha.

Forbidden Lance can help too, whether it be to help Tree Otter run over something, or protecting Naturia Beast from TT or Mirror Force, it's a pretty versatile card.

Yeah, It's either breakthroughs or Lances, I haven't tried lances yet but I probably should haha.

Maxx "C" can make your enemy seriously reconsider his choices for that turn, and can buy you some time and cards while you get set up.

I have 2 of these in my potential side at the moment, I've never really liked main decking them tbh.

anyway thanks for all your suggestions man, there was some good stuff here!
