/r/NintendoSwitch's Daily Question Thread (05/05/2021)

Maybe this is just the way I feel about the sub but it's kind of annoying how so many people spam post /r/tomorrow onto certain threads? And to be clear I get why it's happening. We see a lot of really similar posts all the time.

Still... It's also clear that those people who wander onto this sub are not regular /r/NintendoSwitch subbers or users. And yes Nintendo switch is one of the most popular consoles for families and non gamers. So obviously this sub is going to field above average repetitive positive posts or repetitive questions. Spamming that thread isn't particularly helpful if that's a real person with a real question.

In light of this, do the mods of this sub have any thought about stricter moderation on repetitive threads i.e. Deleting the thread and directing them to Q&A or reducing the amount of r/tomorrow spam on those threads? Either way I feel like it's not currently productive in either direction.
