That's actually even worse, seeing as she is a localization actor for Bayonetta, and the JP game existed before the NA release. There's also plenty of ENG voice actors that have spoken about tirelessly studing their JP counterpart and how they'd play the character in ENG while working within the limitations of the medium and languages.

What she calls "parroting" is a skill, and it's why high-profile, long running classics like Doraemon, Lupin, and Kitaro can continue for multiple generations and why a beloved character can live on for decades. It's peculiar that she'd think so poorly of actor skill and versatility and leave such a hostile environment for Jennifer Hale if she really cared about other creatives.
