I can understand feeling like a SME with 2 hours in racktables but I'm suspicious your experience with netbox is reading a blog post or seeing a screenshot

FWIW there's literally nothing racktables (or netbox) does that's out of bounds for excel either. It's just not done for you. I could go on for hours about how dreadful racktables is for power planning/utilization (and netbox too) actually I could go on for hours about how far behind racktables is from anything considered professional or industry standard these days but its a tool from the early 2000s and everyone (else) realizes it and just uses it because migrating tools is hard
