If you feel like you're wasting your time fighting someone who's better than you, you should just go play a different game altogether. If someone is better than you, you should be examining how they are beating your strategies and learn to adapt or create counters for their strategies, that's how fight games work. If you rage quit repeatedly, you reap what you sow at that point. I'm not very good at FighterZ so I understand the frustration, but rage quitting repeatedly because someone is better than you is such a poor excuse. Just let the match end and move on to the next person. Fighting games takes some patience in a lot regards, and sometimes that patience comes in just waiting for the match to finish and knowing when to not rematch an opponent.

Also, your original post didn't seem to focus on "match integrity" it mostly seemed like you complaining you can't leave a game without taking a penalty of some kind.
