This is my first ever big reddit post and i thought i'd do a list of all the potential cards and possible rebirth forms. Feel free to criticise, complain about or compliment anything you see here, you won't hurt my feelings. I’ve tried to do the most likely things they will do but i obviously have my own biases and stuff.
All these units are assumed to get around 500 - 700 ATK extra as that seems to be the standard
Card Name: Overbearing Power Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta
LS: TEQ, STR, and PHY Type Ki +2
SA: Causes supreme damage to opponent
Passive: ATK +60% when Ki Meter is 7 or more

Card Name: Great Ambition Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta
LS: All types +2 Ki
SA: Causes supreme damage to opponent and +20% ATK to all
Passive: ATK +70% when Ki Meter is 7 or more

We don’t really care about the leader skill on this one as he’s definitely a sub these days but +2 is still semi-functional. 20% ATK to all helps cement the sub role and 70% attack at 7 Ki which is easy to get in the current days of double +3 Ki leads brings his ATK up to par for modern times. Lineage of the King makes him the perfect partner for our new WT lord Xeno Trunks giving him +5 ki.
Why You Want This Card: He’s an old favourite who has stagnated who could be amazing with just a few tweaks

SA: Causes huge damage to opponent
Passive: +50% ATK when performing a Super Attack

Card Name: Warrior Awakened Super Saiyan Gohan (Teen)
LS: HP +60%
SA: Causes extreme damage to opponent
Passive: +50% ATK when performing a Super Attack and absorb 30% of the damage

Not much you can do with this one really without really altering what’s there, I’ve made him into a super saiyan AGL Kid Buu with a healing super. Could probably be abused to recover 25K health or more but you still need to survive the turn you’re using him on and you’re sacrificing Ki support from your leader skill.
Why You Want This Card: With this idea we would essentially get a free Paladin class, healing and attacking. I don’t honestly see them doing anything like this though so the chances are that you don’t want this to be in the top 7. One other idea is to have him rebirth to SS2 Teen Gohan who you would then be able to use to raise the SA level of INT SS2 and STR SS2 without needing an old/supreme kai medal, in which case we would ALL want this card.

LS: TEQ, INT, and STR Type Ki +2
SA: Causes extreme damage to opponent
Passive: Weakens Regeneration, changes AGL Ki to Rainbow Ki Sph.

Card Name: Amazing Might Android #17
LS: TEQ, INT, and STR Type Ki +3
SA: Causes extreme damage to opponent
Passive: Weakens Regeneration, changes AGL Ki to Rainbow Ki Sphere and +10% ATK per STR orb

I don’t think you can make this guy too powerful without wildly changing the nature of it but with +10% ATK for every STR orb you could at least get him punching some holes with a SS3 Kid Goku lead.
Why You Want This Card: Chances are: you don’t. The androids aren’t competitive. If you do then you probably just love the character. Which is fine. I like the Galactic Warriors way more than i should.
